Mestura is Deloya Gastronomía new gastronomic commitment, lead by Javier Loya. A different space, situated above The Black Bar and can be accessed through it, which offers various types of menus: from the tasting menu, executive ones and the daily menu “pica pica” (to share).

The aim, respond to every kind of customers and offer different propositions and prices in function of his preferences, both in a relaxed atmosphere. All of this, as part of Deloya Gastronomía, guaranteed an elaborated cuisine based on the best products and professionals at your service.

Mestura every detail was carefully chosen, from the eclectic decorating to the dishware, illuminations and, obviously, the dishes, which you’ll discover one by one.
