Deloya Gastronomía is the vision of the chef and businessman Javier Loya over more than a decade, owner and Culinary of Director Deloya Restaurant, El Bistro and Mestura Restaurant, in Oviedo and Avant Garde and Concepcion Palace in Gijon.
The group’s origins date back to 2005 when Restaurant Deloya and tits catering service was inaugurated on a different location than the currently. What is now recognized as one of the greatest exponents of Spanish cuisine and one of the most important gastronomic groups within the regional and national scene, has been growing under clear and unalterable premises.
